Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
This does not include shipping times. Shipping time may vary by location. 1-6 business days within the United States(Per USPS Shipping Estimates, Subject to change). For international orders 6-10 business days. For many major markets. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays. See USPS.com for more information.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Warehouse in West Jordan, Utah.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9-5 on M-F (This Exludes Weekends and Holidays and is subject to change. If you order pickup date lands on a day we are closed you will be notified when pickup instructions are sent to you by email. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping.
We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. [Your Company] is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@weareweare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you..
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
- PO box users can access their box 24/7 at most USPS locations but will have to pick up packages during business hours and only have 10 days to claim their shipment.
- PO boxes and other specialty addresses require precise labeling to avoid packages being lost or returned.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the Packing List or order confirmation number.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@weareweare.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
